Hi, I love DJ'ing, I'm doing it for several years now. I mix different styles of music: chill-out, psybient, ambient, progressive tech/trance, blunted beats, jazz or some abstract atmospheric music. I choose records who have an emotional impact on myself and others. I don't listen to mainstream radio-stations. These days I'm mostly active in psybient, ambient and progressive music. Stanton CDJstechnics mixer. trance loads. bit of drum & bass. some house, dubstep. I love all kinds of music trance, drum & and bass, dubstep, house, electro, techno, hard trance. Now growing up in the southwest which had the great obsession, fantazia, events in 92, 93, 94 what would now be thought of as old skool. dj sy, easygroove, ellis dee, ratpack, vibes to name a few were the djs that i used to listen to. i used to go around buying all the tape packs from the latest events. nowadays ive got my own decks and love to do a bit of mixing just as a hobby really. Hello Music lovers My name is DJ MisterC, Experiencing Paul (Mister C) Cain's mixes is like taking a trip back in time to dance music’s golden age. Before superstar DJs took over the spotlight, dance music was a cultural phenomenon that did what no other form of music could do – bring people together. It didn’t matter what race or sexual orientation you came from because dance music was all about embracing our differences and creating a homogeneous vibe. The music was built heavily on traditional song structures and lots of heart and soul. DJs played whatever it took to get the party going and the music was never predictable. I started DJing in 1988 with a sound system called Solid Funk, we used to play house parties (real houses) we then branched out with some hard work into the clubs, ; Solid Funk was run and founded by myself and four close friends. We had all of us helping wihich started a good local vibe, it was SOLID. I continued to DJ regulary from 1988-2002 playing out mainly in the UK. I have also done a bit in Europe, USA Korea, & Holland of all places (i'm still high)! I stopped Djing due to my other love of the martial art of Taekwon-Do, I teach Taekwon-Do and run my own Academies professionally now! However my music passion has always burned deep so I set up a website of my own called www.rekordbox.net I have been sharing this with friends but wanted to branch out a lttle bigger. There is no point in trying to label my sound as I like most house house music (except trance) pmsl! I also like R&B, Hip Hop, Rap, D&B, UKG & Urban to be honest I just like music.........!
